Serving Suggestion
1-2 capfuls (5-10 ml) twice daily mixed with fruit/vegetable juice and taken with a meal. Can be used on food to replace sodium chloride (salt) as a flavour enhancer. 10ml delivers 290mg of elemental Magnesium.
